Repatriation is often neglected as part of the assignment and can negatively impact talent retention within a company. Reparation can be as intimidating as the initial move, especially when it has been a longer term assignment. Repatriation is not simply “coming home”, the family have changed as has where they came from and these challenges can be stressful for the assignee and any accompanying family.


What does it involve

Heart Relocation’s Consultant will help prepare the family for their return, very often  during the initial phases of the assignment. Working collaboratively we stay connected with the assignee helping them countdown and prepare for their repatriation. This makes the repatriation process less of a surprise and seeks to minimise any shock effects on the assignee.
