Preparing your assignees for success

Immigration is at the core of the entire relocation process. Immigration can be complex and it can be simple and therefore Heart Relocation have adopted a two tier approach to immigration. All of our service delivery is managed through a network of partners both at a local and a global level, once again ensuring we can utilise the best solution based on the needs of the assignee and our clients. 

Depending on which country your next adventure resides in you will be required to go through their own immigration process. During our initial introduction we will ask for all the relevant documentation we need at the time to get the immigration process started. 

Our experience shows that for many assignees moving to many locations the immigration process can be a very simple "form filling" exercise and as such using local providers with local expertise is more than sufficient to deliver the required result at least cost. However it can be quickly evaluated if a case is more complex, due to the country combination, assignee circumstances or other issues in which case we would need a more advisory/legal approach and for those cases we would work with one of our global law firm partners.
