Very often the outcome of an assignment can be determined from the very start, employee counselling through the briefing stage of an assignment, managing expectations and taking time to listen, understand and address the concerns of a relocating family are all key factors in determining the eventual success of an assignment. Heart Relocation place a great deal of importance on the employee counselling element. Limiting our consultants caseloads to ensure they have the time to invest in the assignee is essential.


What does it involve

Our dedicated consultants will set up the employee counselling session with the assignee and family (where applicable) ideally over web conference. With in depth knowledge of your policy the consultant will lead the assignee through the process. Each employee counselling session typically last an hour.


How does it work

The employee counselling meeting will outline the entire relocation process, addressing policy and allowances, the overall process and timelines. The aim of the employee counselling is to set the scene for the relocating family for uncover any concerns or potential  barriers to success and to instil confidence and trust in our proactive role to manage their relocations seamlessly.
