Heart Relocation’s network of serviced accommodation provision extends globally to over 110 countries. We have extensive relationships with partners ranging from global brands down to individual properties who offer a range of property types and budgets to suit all requirements.
Normally 7 days, however, depending on availability and location shorter requests can be accommodated but at a premium.
Studios, one, two beds are the most frequently booked apartments, 3 beds can be more challenging to source but are possible, there are typically very few 4 bedrooms available in most locations.
Serviced accommodation is designed to cater for people who want to be able to live as normal and typically include all the facilities you can expect at home such as a fully functioning and equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and separate living and sleeping areas (with the exception of studios). As the word serviced implies, they normally have a cleaning service and staff on hand to support you. With all serviced accommodation they have undergone checks to ensure that they are clean and safe which supports our client’s duty of care responsibilities
