The purpose of Policy Counselling is to guide and support companies in refining their relocation policies to ensure they remain fit for function.

Heart Relocation’s Policy Counselling relies on a number of factors. Firstly our team at Heart Relocation is extremely experienced in global mobility having worked with and support companies of all sizes all over the world manage and deliver their policies. Our team constantly proactively scan the market monitoring for changes, innovations or updates. We are active in global relocation associations (e.g., ERC, EuRA, FEM, GME and others) and share best practices , our Co-Founder, Rob Fletcher is currently serving on the content committee of ERC.

Heart Relocation have defined a triage mechanism to ensure our clients are constantly updated on all aspects of policy:

Critical – Information would have an immediate impact on our client that could create a compliance issue or cost exposure – Immediate phone call to key stakeholders

Urgent – Information may be of importance to our client that could affect them or could provide opportunities for cost containment/avoidance. – Email to key stakeholders

Important – Information that should be shared with our clients typically best practice issues or benchmarked policy influencers – Information provided as part of the regular review process 

Heart Relocation will always seek to promote discussion and best practice sharing amongst our clients but also within the wider global mobility environment. We make “introductions” between clients and other companies who we see are sharing challenges in common or have faced similar challenges in the past.
