A policy is like a game of Jenga. You can take blocks out, put them aside or place them back in a different spot, but you never know if the tower is strong enough to carry it.
For some companies and people in Global Mobility, a policy is set in stone (a Jenga-stone..?), and for other companies and teams, they are guidelines or frameworks. Is there a good way? Or a bad way? Why are there policies in the first place? And which Einstein invented the first one?
Are you working with policies and you want to learn what it is exactly that you are explaining to your relocating colleague? Or are you following some people on LinkedIn who talk about it, and you want to understand the details behind it?
And… are the courses you can find on LinkedIn either too expensive or not giving you the basic information that you are looking for? Then look no further and join us!
